Here's Derailleurs take on the Italian classic Panzanella Salad using tomatoes from Peter Ross and Mick at Terra Nostra, basil from Dominic Torcaso and our own sour dough. I've snuck in some crispy Asian anchovies that add a great texture and flavour.

Not quite Fried Green Tomatoes! Special baked eggs with fried pear, cherry and black tomatoes from Yarrawonga and Whorouly. We've spiced it up with ground cumin, fresh coriander and chilies. Plus our tables are stocked with Sriracha sauce so you can add heat to your liking.
